For over 25 years, Rapid has invested in both the on-ice and off-ice development of its athletes.
Rapid Hockey Development is a privately owned hockey program that trains, exposes and supports its athletes in achieving their long-term goals. For over 25 years, Rapid has invested in both the on and off ice development of our athletes. Our work over the years has centered around the growth of the individual first, allowing them to fully develop in all facets of the game. We view ourselves as an institution preparing our athletes for the next level.
We also work as technical staff for a number of Regions and Organizations under the Hockey Quebec umbrella.

Owner & Program Director
High Performance 1 Coaching Certification, Hockey Canada
Owner and founder of RHD, Greg has been involved in minor hockey in a variety of roles for over 30 years. He has been head technical director for numerous programs and organizations in Quebec, working with players like Alex Killorn, Marco Scandella, Marc-Edouard Vlasic, Jason Demers, Mark Barberio and many more eventual NHL draftees. Greg oversees all on-ice development for Rapid’s many programs.
Head On-Ice Trainer & Player Consultant
High Performance 1 Coaching Certification, Hockey Canada
Keif heads Rapid’s summer EHT development program and oversees Rapid’s Chowder Cup teams and Spring AAA program. A former student of RHD, Keif played prep hockey at Tabor Academy in the Boston area and NCAA DI at the University of Maine, then spent 3 seasons as assistant coach at Concordia University before becoming head coach and assistant GM of the Cornwall Colts Jr. A team in the CCHL.
Elite On-Ice Trainer
Development 1 Coaching Certification, Hockey Canada — incl. Developing Defensemen
A former RHD athlete, Richard has been coaching minor hockey for over 10 years at AA/AAA levels from Atom to Midget. Richard works with all the defensemen registered in RHD programs, including EHT, Spring AAA and Chowder Cup teams.
Head Off-Ice Trainer
Certified in Somatraining & Somatherapy · Yoga & Life Coach
Scott oversees all of RHD’s off-ice training and development during the summer EHT program, and works with our local athletes year-round.
